How to add another Hard Drive, replace Sound Card, Network card, etc:
Yes, you can add these hardware items using the USB interface. PCI cards that could do this are hard to find and are expensive.
The easy resolution is plug in a USB adapter. I had an extra 200 GB Hard Drive but it was IDE. Used the kit below, did not use the included
power transformer. Left a PCI slot cover off, ran the USB cable from the rear plug to the unit which attached to the IDE connection on the Hard
Drive. Booted up, and have another1,000 GB of disk space for storage of Install Files, and so forth. Cost: $14.99.

EASY FIX: Unplug for ten minutes, to allow the motherboard to
discharge completely, then plug it back in. It should work fine!
Instructions: Install this program, update it and run a
scan. Then remove it in Control Panel until you need it.
Another tip to fix slow Internet-- ALL Internet Browsers:
Click on Tools and look for [Manage add-ons]
Disable everything you find except Adobe and Java if you use these.
Most add-ons only slow down your computer when you try to go to
a web site.

Issue
On Windows10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 (64-bit)-based computers that use
a graphics adapter with 4 gigabytes (GB) or more of video memory,
different user interfaces will report the memory information incorrectly.
For example, the DirectX Diagnostic Tool might show an "Approx. Total
Memory" of 1259 MB on a system with 8 GB of video memory.
Explanation
This is not a Video Card ssue, but is due to the fact that several Microsoft
APIs represent the video memory using 32-bits instead of 64-bits. On
systems with 4 GB or more of video memory, this results in incorrect
values reported to the UI or other applications.
OPEN TASK MANAGER TO VERIFY GPU ON-BOARD
MEMORY IF MORE THAN 2 GIGABYTES.

It is a fact that a SSD has a flaw that has not been
addressed by the industry.
Excess "writes" to a SSD can cause early failure.
